Commercial Coffee Machines.
When Commercial Coffee Machines are mentioned everyone has a different idea of what is being talked about. There are so many different coffee makers on the market these days that it is hard to know which might be right for your premises.
Generally speaking if you are running a coffee shop or restaurant where your clientele are keen to have a really good quality coffee made by top quality machinery then the Traditional Espresso machine is the one for you. The Espresso machines come in differing sizes which can go from a small one group machine (one Handle) which makes two coffees at a time to the larger 4 group which caters for the really busy establishments like fast food outlets or specialist coffee venues. To try and decide which brand of coffee machine is again difficult, it appears that they all look similar and appear to do the same thing but that is very much not the case. Many espresso machines have automatic functions which are ideal for the less well trained Barista as everything is done automatically. The Semi automatic is for the confident barista who knows exactly what he is doing and can judge the shots for any particular type of coffee drink requested. The different quality of machine is also a contributing factor: as the saying goes, you get what you pay for, and although even the cheaper models will make an excellent cup of coffee they are not always as pleasing to the eye as the more expensive models with all the extra components which can make life easier for the busy barista or café owner and will not always have the longevity or constancy of the more expensive machines.
The other type of Commercial Coffee Machines are the Bean to Cup models, again generally speaking, for the smaller establishments where a good cup of coffee is appreciated, they tend to be heavily computerised. However, some of the larger machines such as the WMF or the La Cimbali Bean to Cup machines are used in Supermarket cafes, Hospital restaurants and other places of that size. These tend to cost somewhere around £10,000+ plus VAT and therefore not something the smaller venue would consider as a good investment.
Some of the better known brands of espresso machines which tend to be imported from Italy are Rancilio, La Spaziale, Fracino, La Marzocco, SAB Italia’s, La Cimbali, Crem International, Stafco and Faema. The Bean to Cup Commercial Coffee Machines are WMF, Darenthmjs, La Cimali, and Jura.
No matter which machine you decide is best for you, Cool Beans Coffee UK can help and advise on all aspects of the purchase, delivery, installation and suitability for your business in order for you to get the best possible experience from your new Commercial Coffee Machine.
